UNMENDED STITCH

You called it destiny
But it must've been fate
That entangled me in
Your cigarette kiss
Hiding my girlhood
Under black lace and fishnet hose
You stole my purity
and led me into a world of temptation
and although I have long since recycled the beer cans
I can never stitch myself
back together again
